Automatic heavy-duty plastic bag heat sealing machine working process:
bag mouth cleaning → cutter: trimming the bag opening (optional) → plastic bag heat sealing (3/4/5 groups of heaters heating+1 group of cooler: polytetrafluoroethylene sealing belt makes the heater not directly contact with the bags to protect the surface from adhesion) → press roller press → plastic bag cooling (2 groups of coolers) → press roller knurling

It is widely used in packaging of chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, grain, feed, food and other industries.According to the different material, thickness and production capacity of packaging bags, the FBH-32, FBH-42 and FBH-52 models can be choose. Optional matching units are: bag mouth dust removal device, bag mouth trimming device and printing device, etc.
