IMS Impilse Moving Sealer is suitable for PE bags of various thickness.
Working Principle
Bags are sealed without stopping the conveyor when the bag moving at the same speed as the bag delivery chains.(working speed is adjustable)
Impulse sealing method assures quick temperature rise to start operation in a short time period.
High thermal efficiency because bags are sealed under pressure. Effective also for powder packing.
Low power consumption and small footprint.
Heating tube is protected by a Teflon film.
