GXB-1200 is a double-swing arm type automatic bagging machine: granular and powder materials are put into prefabricated open bags to realize automatic bag supply, opening, bagging, bag removal, bag mouth finishing and other operations. Suitable for bags: woven bags, kraft paper bags, etc.
This system is widely applicable to all kinds of bags such as laminated woven bags, kraft paper bags, envelope bags, and heavy film bags, with a capacity of up to 1200 bags per hour.
The bag magazine is equipped with a vacuum detection system, and the bag shortage alarm ensures that the upper bag feeding is free of suspending.
The whole process is equipped with negative pressure detection and unqualified bag identification system. If the bag is unqualified, the machine will automatically remove the bag. If the bag is not clamped, the weighing scale will not discharge. Bag holding trolley handling performance strengthened. Servo motor control, the bag mouth is ensured to be in a straight shape, so that the bag can be controlled in the whole process.
a) . Automatic bag feeder (bag magazine)
Equipped with a 2-tray bag magazine and a vacuum detection bag supply system. The function of the bag feeder is to provide empty packaging bags for the automatic packaging machine. The operator only needs to place the empty packaging bags on the bag supply warehouse, and the rest of the actions are automatically completed by the equipment. When one stack of bags is used up, the other stack of packaging bags will automatically reach the bag picking position to ensure that there is no pause in the bag loading.
b) Full-automatic bagging machine
The gripper air cylinder clamps the packaging bag sent by the bag suction machine, and pulls it to the working table of the automatic packaging machine through the rodless air cylinder. The bag feeder composed of the reduction motor and the conveying roller will center the packaging bag and feed it longitudinally to the correct position. The manipulator will clamp both sides of the bag mouth, and then the bag loading manipulator will send the packaging bag to the bag clamping and unloading device under the control of the servo motor, and open the bag mouth at the same time. It is equipped with an unqualified bag identification system. If the bag is unqualified, the machine will automatically discard the bag.
c) . Blanking bag clamping device (servo control, automatic lifting)
The bag is firmly clamped on the blanking mouth to bear the weight of the material falling. After the bag is judged to be in the correct position by the bag clamp automatic identification system, the electronic scale discharge door is opened, and the bag clamp mouth is also opened to fill the material.
d) . Bottom rapping device
After discharging, the device vibrates the bottom of the packaging bag up and down to make the materials in the packaging bag uniform
e) . Bag delivery trolley and mobile induction device
When the packing bag filled with materials is put down at the blanking opening, the bag is clamped by the bag clamping device of the package delivery trolley controlled by the servo motor, and sent to the movable induction device, which enters the sealing drive chain, ensuring that the bag mouth is in a zigzag shape, so that the bag can be controlled in the whole process.
f) . Vacuum pump
The vacuum pump used for bag taking and bag opening adopts high-quality model, which brings sufficient and stable vacuum energy to the automatic bag loading machine.
g). Packaging unit system interlocking
① Bag shortage alarm in bag warehouse:
When the pocket on the bag library is about to run out, the indicator light and buzzer will alarm and display. If all the bags are used up, the packaging machine will automatically stop working.
② Insufficient air pressure:
When the air pressure is lower than the set value, the packer stops working. At the same time, the indicator and buzzer alarm.
③ Bag clamping and bag opening:
When the empty bag is not clamped or the opening of the bag is not open, a signal will be sent to the electronic scale to stop the blanking, while waiting for another empty bag to reach the correct position.
Empty bags that fail to load are automatically removed from the production line.
④ Thread shortage:
Alarm through sound and light
⑤ Thread broken:
Alarm. At the same time, the packaging machine stops.
