Working Principle

● Automatic bag feeder →

Two bag magazines can store about 100 empty bags (the storage amount will vary depending on the empty bag thickness), and the suction cup bag taking device will feeding bags to the main machine. When the empty bags of one magazine is all taken, the next unit will automatically switch to the bag taking position to ensure the continuous operation.

● Empty bag taking →

Take the bags above the automatic bag feeder.

● Empty bag open →

After the empty bag moves to the discharge opening position, the vacuum suction cup opens the bag mouth.

● Bag clamping feeding device →

The empty bag is tightly clamped at the feeding mouth by the bag clamping mechanism, and the feeding door is inserted into the bag and then feeding works.

● Transition hopper → Secondary material door→

The hopper is the transition connection part between the weighing machine and the bagging machine. The main function of the secondary material door is to play a buffering role in the blanking process to reduce the air content in the material.

● Bag bottom tapping device →

After the material is filled, the device taps the bag bottom to fully implement the material in the bag.

● Bag lateral movement and bag mouth clamping guide device →

The filled bag is placed on the stand bag conveyor from the discharge port, and the bag mouth is clamped by the clamping device and transported to the sealing part.

● Stand bag conveyor →

The filled bag is conveyed to the downstream by the conveyor at a constant speed, and the height of the conveyor can be adjusted by the height adjustment handle.

● Transition conveyor →

It can dock with machines of different heights.

image.png On the basis of 3CM-5U, this machine adds a bag position shaping station to realize the bag opening without waiting, and increases the production efficiency by two times. And it has ordinary and servo models optional according to the  material characteristics, and the maximum capacity is up to 1200 bags per hour.


image.png The hopper is the transition part between the metering machine and the bagging machine, and the both sides of the material door added vibration mechanism to prevent material bridging. The secondary material door plays a buffering role in the blanking process to reduce the air content in the material, and also cache a bag of material in the material dooor.
