Two bag magazines can store about 100 empty bags (the storage amount will vary depending on the empty bag thickness), and the suction cup bag taking device will feeding bags to the main machine. When the empty bags of one magazine is all taken, the next unit will automatically switch to the bag taking position to ensure the continuous operation.

After the empty bag moves to the discharge opening position, the vacuum suction cup opens the bag mouth.
● Bag clamping feeding device →
The empty bag is tightly clamped at the feeding mouth by the bag clamping mechanism, and the feeding door is inserted into the bag and then feeding works.

The hopper is the transition connection part between the weighing machine and the bagging machine
● Bag bottom tapping device →
After the material is filled, the device taps the bag bottom to fully implement the material in the bag.

The filled bag is placed on the stand bag conveyor from the discharge port, and the bag mouth is clamped by the clamping device and transported to the sealing part.

The filled bag is conveyed to the downstream by the conveyor at a constant speed, and the height of the conveyor can be adjusted by the height adjustment handle.
