3CM-5B auto bagging machine is characterized by small floor area and low cost and so on. It also has a weighing system, which can directly weigh and fill bags in the application of granular products. The swinging bag feeding unit is used to fix the bag directly on the chute, making operation and maintenance easier.
1. Feeder: put the bag in order with the top opening facing forward. The bag magazine can fill about 50 pcs bags.
2. Bag taking unit: take 1 bag at a time, rotate it 90 degrees, and then place it at the feeding mouth.
3. Clamping: both sides of each bag are clamped with 30mm wide clamps. Check clamping to ensure accuracy.
4. Bag opening: the suction cup pulls the bag mouth, and then releases it with a vacuum generator. When the vacuum opens the bag mouth, the clip moves inward.
5. Discharging port; specially designed expansion nozzle (traditional funnel rotating 90 degrees) fills the product. The clamp extends after filling to expand the gusset plate.
6. Weighing: clamp and filling are suspended on three load cells. Automatic zero adjustment is performed with empty bags.
7. Loading platform and bag bottom rapping: when filling begin, the conveying platform moves to the funnel position. The flapping plate at the bottom supports the bag and slaps the bag to facilitate sedimentation.
8. Bag shapping: after the gusset plate is fully extended, the bag mouth is neatly formed and fixed between the pressure bar on the funnel and the conveying platform.
9. Bag gripper: the platform conveys the bags to the sewing head, while firmly grasping the bags from both sides.
