JA-TCDZ-C series auger feed weigher can combine with platform, conveyor and bag closing system, which can finish a completely powder semi-auto packing line by manual putting the empty bag on the bag clamp. It is suitable for quantitative packaging of powdery material-flour, milk powder, powdered chemicals, etc.
This machine adopts computer weighing controller and sensor, with high degree of automation, fast & slow feeding, and quantitative bagging and loosening are all controlled by computer. It can automatically tare, and the error in the weighing process can be automatically adjusted. Automatic adaptation and optimization program design are used in the weighing process to automatically complete the control of the executive parts. It has the functions of gross weight, net weight, cumulative weight and package number display, and can realize the automatic statistical management of the production process. It can be connected with computers and printers.
This auger feeding quantitative packing scale uses two electric motors to drive the auger for quick and slow feeding, and is equipped with a cutting door, which is controlled by a frequency converter.
The discharge chute is equipped with a pneumatic vibration device to prevent material from arching or sticking when falling and a return air device to adjust the air volume.
The pneumatic bag clamping mechanism is safe and reliable. The whole system is equipped with dust suction openings to improve the working environment and efficiency.
